New Richie offering a real stinker
03/03/2006 - 19:42:26Guy Ritchie’s Revolver (Warner/Redbus, 21.99) is a gangster thriller that fails to scale the heights of an earlier Ritchie successes like Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels and Snatch.
Jake Green (Jason Statham) is a gambler and conman who goes to jail to shield Dorothy Macha (Ray Liotta).
Unfortunately, what we’re left with is a mess that fails to please. A few extras might have made this passable on DVD, but there aren’t any.
