Goody: Knightly's breasts like 'aspirins'

The former 'Big Brother' housemate says Keira has the smallest chest she's ever seen.
Jade, who has had a boob job herself, insists Keira should not go under the knife.
She said: "Keira's far too classy a bird to go in for all that business".
Jade described her as "a stunning girl" and doesn't think she needs to change her shape.
"If her boobs were any bigger she'd look ridiculous", she added.
