Driver killed in Laois crash
02/03/2006 - 08:14:13A 55-year-old man has died after his car crashed near Portarlington in Co Laois yesterday afternoon.
The accident happened in the Moanvane area at around 4pm.
The driver of the car was taken to hospital in Portlaoise, where he died later from his injuries.
The man was the sole occupant of his car and no other vehicles were involved in the crash.
