Shelbourne blew two late chances to snatch all three points from this Brandywell blizzard tonight.
Substitute Joseph Ndo was central to both, first having a shot deflected onto a post on 85 minutes in this Setanta Cup clash.
The former Cameroon international midfielder then set up Owen Heary for what looked a certain goal two minutes into stoppage time, but the Shels skipper planted his header wide as Derry held on for a point.
