Cech lands Czech prize
28/02/2006 - 10:15:00Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech has been voted the Czech Republic’s player of the year for 2005.
Borussia Dortmund’s Tomas Rosicky came second with 2004 winner Pavel Nedved, of Juventus, third.
The most promising player award went to central defender Martin Latka, who is currently on loan at Birmingham from Slavia Prague.
