PSNI investigating attempted abduction of three children
22/02/2006 - 07:32:52Police in the North are investigating the attempted abduction of three young children in Co Tyrone yesterday evening.
Two girls and a boy aged between seven and 12 have told the police that two men tried to encourage them into a car at a filling station on Sweep Road in Cookstown.
The alleged incident happened shortly before 6pm.
The occupants of the vehicle are thought to be two men in their late teens or early 20s.
