Graydon joins Foxes
20/02/2006 - 14:16:39New Leicester boss Rob Kelly has added experience to his backroom staff by bringing former Walsall manager Ray Graydon to the Walkers Stadium.
Kelly was given the manager’s job until the end of the season last week after impressing as caretaker following the sacking of Craig Levein.
He had been assisted by goalkeeping coach Mike Stowell but has moved quickly to add 58-year-old Graydon to his management team.
“I know Ray and he comes here with a good reputation and has a lot of respect,” Kelly told the club’s official website, www.lcfc.co.uk.
“He has worked as a manager and a first-team coach and has a great knowledge of the game.
“We are all looking forward to working with Ray and I am sure he will be a big help to us.”
