PSNI launch murder probe after assault victim dies
19/02/2006 - 15:47:16The PSNI have launched a murder investigation after a man died following a serious assault in Co Antrim last night.
The 49-year-old victim was found with severe head injuries in an alleyway in Carrickfergus and died later in hospital.
Police are appealing for anyone with information on the incident to come forward.
