Villa pair McCann, Milner return for City clash
Aston Villa will be boosted by the return of key midfield duo Gavin McCann and James Milner for the visit of Manchester City in the FA Cup fifth round on Sunday evening.
McCann has served a one-match ban for incurring five bookings while on-loan Milner is eligible after not being permitted to play against his parent club Newcastle last weekend.
Another midfielder in Lee Hendrie is also fit after limping off against the Magpies with a calf injury and Steven Davis is making good progress after missing that game with a groin problem. But full-back Jlloyd Samuel is touch and go as to whether he will have recovered from a knee injury sustained in the 2-1 defeat and Gareth Barry may drop back from midfield to replace him if he is ruled out.
