Olmert says Iranian president 'obsessed with anti-semitic hatred'
14/02/2006 - 18:58:51Acting Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert today accused Iran’s president of being “obsessed with anti-Semitic hatred".
Olmert harshly criticised Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, who has called for Israel to be wiped off the map and questioned whether the Holocaust took place.
Olmert said the Iranian leader is “using the worst anti-Semitic expressions.”
He also urged tough international action to stop Iran’s nuclear program. He spoke to visiting Jewish American leaders.
