Pearson to take charge of Leinster Heineken Cup match

14/02/2006 - 15:31:41
Controversial English referee Dave Pearson will take charge of Leinster's Heineken Cup quarter-final tie at Toulouse on April 1.

Pearson was the man who awarded Ireland two dubious tries in the Six Nations win over Italy.

Welshman Nigel Whitehouse will take the whistle for Munster's home date with Perpignan. Irishman Alan Lewis and France's Joel Jutge will each take charge of their fifth quarter-finals.
