T-Mobile introduces all-Ireland flat rate
14/02/2006 - 15:17:33T-Mobile has become the latest phone company to announce an all-Ireland flat-rate tariff.
The UK-based network has scrapped roaming charges for Northern customers in the Republic.
Last week O2 did the same for southern customers travelling north.
