07/02/2006 - 08:19:25Baywatch babe Pamela Anderson has recommended her troubled friend Courtney Love leave America to fully recover from her drug addiction.
Anderson is convinced the former Hole singer and widow of Nirvana's Kurt Cobain needs to escape the US limelight before she can deal with her problems.
She says: "She just needs to go to St Lucia (Caribbean island) for six months and deal with all the stuff weighing her down."
Love was released from a home detention order by a Los Angeles judge on Friday, after he praised her progress in overcoming her addictions.
