Catterick abandoned
02/02/2006 - 15:49:21Friday’s meeting at Catterick has been abandoned due to a frozen track.
After a 3.30pm inspection, racecourse manager Jonjo Sanderson said: “We are off.
“Conditions have marginally improved today but you wouldn’t race today.
“The forecast is for minus one to minus three tonight and only plus five tomorrow, so the frost is not going to go.”
