Siptu to enter Partnership talks
31/01/2006 - 13:05:19The State’s biggest trade union, Siptu, today voted to enter talks on a new national partnership deal.
After two hours of debating, delegates voted overwhelmingly to participate in a new national agreement to replace the current Sustaining Progress agreement.
Union President Jack O’Connor said he would be scrupulous about bringing back any proposals to delegates before any final arrangements were made.
