Builders insist Wembley will be ready for FA Cup final
30/01/2006 - 11:07:12The company building the new Wembley stadium in London has insisted that the facility will be ready in time for the FA Cup final on May 13.
Last month, Multiplex warned that the stadium might not be completed in time and fresh rumours in recent days have suggested it will not be ready for handover as scheduled on March 31.
However, the company said today that the position had improved since last month's warning and "all parties are still working towards the March deadline".
