Ahern holds exploratory talks with ICTU on social partnership
04/01/2006 - 17:06:22The Taoiseach today held exploratory talks with a delegation from the Irish Congress of Trade Unions regarding the forthcoming social partnership negotiations.
A spokesperson for Bertie Ahern said the meeting was positive.
It was agreed that there would be further engagement at official level over the coming days with a view to finalising a structure on a possible talks process.
