New night bus services to benefit Christmas revellers
30/11/2005 - 15:30:04Bus Eireann is to extend its late night services for Dublin and surrounding areas over the Christmas period.
From tomorrow, the ‘Nightrider’ service will run six nights a week to counties Meath, Louth and Kildare.
Two new services will also operate from Dublin to Enfield, and Dublin to Wicklow town.
Erica Rosengrave of Bus Eireann says this will benefit thousands of late-night commuters.
The service will operates until 3.30am each night, with buses departing from Busaras. Tickets are priced between €7 and €10.
