Exiles lose Aussie Staniforth
29/11/2005 - 13:09:00London Irish have lost the services of Australian international Scott Staniforth to the new Super-14 franchise Western Force.
"I'm grateful to London Irish for letting me go and giving me the chance at this exciting opportunity in Perth," Staniforth said.
"My wife and I were ready to come home and we are thrilled the Western Force was keen to have us."
Staniforth played 34 games for London Irish, scoring 13 tries and earning the club's Player of the Season award for 2004/2005.
