ISEQ edges towards 6900 mark
28/11/2005 - 18:03:27The ISEQ index of shares added 2.18 points to close at 6894.06 today.
Most financial stocks performed well. Anglo Irish saw the largest increase, up 18c to €11.73, while AIB was up 12c to €18.20. Bank of Ireland rose 1c to €13.19. Irish Life and Permanent bucked the trend, falling 2c to €15.38.
AIB, Bank of Ireland and Anglo Irish Bank were among this morning's most traded stocks, the others being CRH and Grafton.
