Two killed in road accidents in Cavan and Meath
15/11/2005 - 13:32:55Two men have died today in separate road accidents in counties Cavan and Meath.
The first of the accidents happened on the road between between Cootehill and Shercock in Co Cavan this morning.
An 18-year-old man died after losing control of his car and crashing into a tree in the Drumgeen area at around 7.30am.
In Co Meath, meanwhile, another man died in accident at Balrath Cross on the N2 between Slane and Ashbourne at around midday, but no further details are available.
Gardaí are withholding the names of both victims until all next of kin are informed.
