Guinness launches search for Ireland’s best bartender
15/11/2005 - 12:53:31Guinness has launched a countrywide search for Ireland's best bartender.
Drinkers of the Dublin-made tipple are currently being asked to nominate their favourite bar staff for "county finals" throughout the country.
The winners in each county will then go on to compete in a grand final next May for a prize of €3,000.
Entrants will be marked based on personality, banter and their ability to pour a good pint.
