McLeish given more time
14/11/2005 - 17:49:47Rangers manager Alex McLeish has been given until the start of December to transform the fortunes of the team.
The Ibrox boss held talks with chairman David Murray in Edinburgh today, amid speculation he was set to lose his job following a string of poor results.
Instead, he has been given the backing of Murray ahead of crucial games against Celtic, Porto and Hibernian before his situation is reviewed at the start of December.
