Lawlor’s widow and son to attend Mahon Tribunal
10/11/2005 - 07:39:48The widow, son and brother of the late Liam Lawlor are reportedly set to appear as witnesses at the Mahon Tribunal.
Reports this morning siad Hazel Lawlor, her son Niall and brohter-in-law Noel had all been asked to attend public hearings of the inquiry when it resumes later this month.
The inquiry will be looking into allegations of corruption in connection with lands at Quarryvale in west Dublin.
Mr Lawlor, who died in a car crash in Moscow last month, was centrally involved in several investigations conducted by the Mahon Tribunal, including the Quarryvale module.
