Top banks announce plans to improve customer service

AIB has agreed a new partnership deal with its staff designed to improve working conditions and the quality of service provided to the public.
Bank of Ireland, meanwhile, has announced plans to provide improved training to staff and to remodel its branches in an effort to improve its customer services.
