Woman settles out of court with council
09/11/2005 - 15:12:02A Co. Cork woman, who was seeking damages after she fell coming from the Robbie Williams concert in the Phoenix Park two years ago, settled her action against Dublin City Council this afternoon.
Jane O’Grady a Travel Consultant, originally from Mallow but now living in Kildare, had claimed she had trouble standing or walking for long periods as a result.
The parties reached an out of court settlement at the High Court today.
