Murder investigation launched after Armagh shooting
08/11/2005 - 07:30:25Police in the North have launched a murder investigation following the fatal shooting of a man in Armagh yesterday evening.
The man was found unconscious on Farnaloy Road, near the Maddern housing estate, at around 6pm yesterday.
He died a short time later in hospital.
The PSNI initially said he had sustained head injuries, but later confirmed that he was shot at least twice.
