Osbourne: 'Americans take themselves too seriously'
05/11/2005 - 09:44:42Reality TV star Sharon Osbourne has hit out at Americans, claiming they take themselves too seriously.
The X Factor judge is grateful to the nation for the warm welcome it gave her and her family when they moved there - but thinks many of them would benefit from a more British sense of humour.
She says: "America and Americans have been very good to me and my family. The trouble is they do take themselves terribly seriously and can't laugh at themselves."
