Same again for Everton

Simon Davies will continue in central midfield with Mikel Arteta on the right and Dutch winger Andy van der Meyde on the left.
Nuno Valente and Matteo Ferrari are both suffering from leg injuries and David Moyes is also without long-term absentees Lee Carsley, Gary Naysmith and Alessandro Pistone.
