Beattie blow for Hoops
04/11/2005 - 14:41:22Celtic manager Gordon Strachan will be without striker Craig Beattie for the Bank of Scotland Premier League trip to Falkirk on Sunday.
The Scotland international suffered a hamstring injury in the win at Dundee United last weekend and will be out for more than six weeks.
Midfielder Alan Thompson serves the second game of a two-match suspension, while striker Maciej Zurawski is still sidelined with a hamstring injury.
Midfielder Stephen Pearson is also fit after sitting out of training as a precaution this week.
