Madonna has no sex regrets
02/11/2005 - 10:03:40Madonna has no regrets about her controversial 'Sex' book, because the scandal surrounding it helped to make her stronger.
The superstar stunned fans and fuelled critics when she released the book, full of pictures of her in various states of provocative undress.
While she concedes her life would have been simpler if she'd stayed dressed - Madonna insists it is now part of who she is.
The 47-year-old says: "I struggle with it. I go back and forwards. There's a part of me that thinks if I hadn't done that, there would have been so much s**t I wouldn't have had to take. On the other hand I don't know - it sort of turned me into a renegade, albeit unwittingly. It certainly made me stronger. It was part of my journey so I can't regret it because it lead to where I am now."
