Grafton St among world's top 10 most expensive rental areas
30/10/2005 - 11:14:07Dublin's Grafton Street is among the top 10 most expensive retail rental streets in the world.
The survey, carried out by New York-based estate agency Cushman and Wakefield, ranks Ireland in sixth place ahead of locations in Munich, Sydney and Seoul.
Rental rates on Grafton Street are priced at almost €4,000 per square metre with rates rising to as much as €8,000 per square metre at the top end of the street.
New York's Fifth Avenue tops of the list with rental rates costing as much as €11,000 per square metre.
