Beatles Sgt. Pepper waxworks sold at auction
28/10/2005 - 16:46:58Four Beatles busts have fetched nearly £100,000 (€146,000) at auction.
The wax models were used on the Sgt. Pepper's album cover.
The heads of John Lennon, Ringo Starr and George Harrison were recently found in a back room at Madame Tussauds, along with a wax head of Paul McCartney from a later date.
Apparently the waxworks hadn't been seen for almost twenty years.
