Westlife fans to meet their heroes

Hundreds of young fans are expected to gather in Grafton Street today to meet their heroes Westlife.

The chart-topping boyband are in Dublin to launch their new album, Face to Face.

Since they were formed by manager Louis Walsh seven years ago, Westlife have sold more than 35 million albums worldwide with six multi-platinum albums and 12 number ones.

The band will meet fans and sign copies of their albums at HMV on Grafton Street at 5pm.

The store will be distributing wristbands all day to fans who wish to attend the signing session. Wristbands are limited to two per person.
