Quinlan to see specialist after injury

Munster's Alan Quinlan who was forced out of the sides match against Sale Sharks on Friday's to visit a specialist on Wednesday when the full extent of the injury will be made known.

Paul O'Connell will find out tomorrow when he can return to action – he is due to have the plaster removed from his injured hand

Meanwhile, Anthony Horgan and Trevor Halstead have both resumed training and Munster are optimistic that they will be available for consideration for their second Heineken Cup game against Castres on Saturday.
