Jewell to make changes
24/10/2005 - 13:05:05Wigan boss Paul Jewell is expected to make wholesale changes to his side for tomorrow night’s Carling Cup third-round tie against Watford at the JJB Stadium.
Striker Jason Roberts is almost certain to sit out after picking up a slight thigh strain against Aston Villa while Lee McCulloch is still suspended.
Stephen McMillan, Matt Jackson and Ryan Taylor are all set for starting places while there could also be a return for Mike Pollitt in goal.
