Top US diplomat hits out at Iranian nuclear 'deceit'
15/10/2005 - 08:32:10Iran has been accused of spending 18 years trying to develop nuclear weapons while lying about its intentions.
The US Ambassador to the United Nations says the country wants to use nuclear arms to intimidate the rest of the Middle East.
John Boulton also claims Iran could possibly supply nuclear weapons to terrorists.
As Iran continues to deny the allegations, the country’s ambassador Doctor Seyed Mohammed Adelli will address a CND conference later.
The Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament believes it is a chance for Iran to reassure the world.
