World Cup play-off draw to take place later today
14/10/2005 - 10:47:27The draw for the World Cup play-offs in Europe is due to be made later today.
The Czech Republic, Spain and Turkey will go into one pot as the three teams with the highest FIFA rankings.
Norway and Slovakia are in the other pot along with Switzerland, who claimed their play-off place thanks to Wednesday night's 0-0 draw with Ireland at Lansdowne Road.
The play-offs will take place over two legs on November 12th and 16th.
