Financials fall in ISEQ
14/10/2005 - 11:28:39All the financial stocks fell in a lacklustre morning on the Dublin stock exchange.
The ISEQ was down 11.21 points to 6656.11 by 11.05am.
AIB fell 12c to €17.05, Anglo Irish Bank fell 6c to €11.24 and Bank of Ireland fell 5c to €12.70. Irish Life and Permanent fell 15c to €14.85.
In a bad moring for oil stocks Dragon fell by 17c to €2.26, exactly 7%. Tullow fell by 16c to €3.30.
Construction firms also slipped into the red during this morning's trade. Grafton fell 15c to €8.25 while CRH fell 4c €21.85.
Financial services group FBD were one of the few companies to rise on the ISEQ, jumping 80c to €33.80.
