Specialist confirms fracture in O'Connell's hand
13/10/2005 - 20:05:03Munster and Ireland second row Paul O'Connell's visit to a specialist in Cork today confirmed a small fracture to the hand.
The plaster covering the injury was removed and the hand examined.
A new plaster was put in place and O'Connell will return for a further inspection in two weeks time.
