Cause of Arafat's death remains a mystery
12/10/2005 - 11:51:17The official investigation into the death of Yasser Arafat turned up inconclusive, Palestinian Prime Minister Ahmed Qureia said today.
Qureia said a special committee formed to investigate the death of the long-time Palestinian leader would issue a report later today.
“What they concluded is that medics could not find a reason for the death,” he said, adding that the file would remain open for further investigation.
Arafat died in a French hospital on November 11 last year after a two-week illness.
