Irish fans return from Cyprus following Helios scare
12/10/2005 - 15:23:12Up to forty relieved Irish soccer fans arrived home safely this afternoon following a nightmare trip to Cyprus.
They were due to fly back on Sunday evening, but their Helios Airways jet had to make an emergency landing after the air conditioning failed.
A similar on-board incident with the same airline in August lead to a crash in which 121 people died.
