Lacklustre morning on ISEQ

It was a lacklustre morning for the ISEQ as it fell 16.52 to 6874.77 by 11.25am.

Construction companys had a mostly bad day. CRH fell 28c to €22.95, Kingspan fell 10c to €10.55 and McInerney fell 5c to €8.65. Grafton fell 4c to €8.42 while Readymix rose 3c to €2.35.

Bookmaker Paddy Power fell 25c to €14.70.

Jurys rose €10c to €18.70.

The financials had mixed fortunes. AIB fell 2c to €17.93 while Bank of Ireland fell 3c to €13.22.

Anglo Irish Bank rose 4c to €11.41 and Irish Life and Permanent rose 1c to €15.16.
