Soldier’s mother to meet Defence Minister to discuss son’s death
04/10/2005 - 17:26:56The mother of a Donegal soldier who died in the Lebanon more than six years ago is to meet with the Minister Defence Willie O'Dea this evening.
20-year-old Kevin Barrett died in February of 1999.
An inquest into his death earlier this year returned an open verdict.
Helen Barrett from Milford believes her son was shot by a colleague.
