French stoppage disrupts flights at Dublin Airport
04/10/2005 - 12:26:06A one-day strike by French transport workers has caused disruption to a number of flights operating into and out of Dublin Airport.
Aer Lingus has already cancelled one flight to Lyon as a result of the 24-hour stoppage, while some of its other services are experiencing knock-on delays.
The airline, however, has advised passengers to turn up as normal for check in.
Ryanair, meanwhile, has cancelled all of its flights to and from Paris and Biarritz today and is offering passengers a refund or the option of rebooking for a later date.
Elsewhere, one Air France flight from Paris to Dublin was cancelled this morning, but the airline said its next service was currently scheduled to arrive on time.
