Good morning on ISEQ
04/10/2005 - 12:18:09The ISEQ index of shares got off to a bright start as trading got underway on the ISEQ today, gaining 34 points to 6874.94.
Construction company CRH continued in the same good form they showed yesterday rising a further 33c to €23.10.
The financials had a particularly strong day. Irish Life and Permanent rose 20c to €15.20. AIB rose 15c to €17.95 and Anglo Irish Bank rose 10c to €11.35. Bank of Ireland rose 2c to €13.22.
Bookmaker Paddy Power fell 15c to €14.75.
