Waterford’s outer ring road to open today
30/09/2005 - 07:37:45Waterford's new outer ring road is due to be officially opened to traffic today.
The 7km dual carriage has been built during the past two years at a cost of €37m.
The road is designed to improve access to Waterford Regional Hospital, the city's Institute of Technology, the South East Regional Airport and the local IDA industrial estate.
