Disgraced politicians receiving large state pensions
30/09/2005 - 07:57:23A number of disgraced former politicians are reportedly continuing to receive large state pensions.
Reports this morning said figures released by the Department of Finance showed former Taoiseach Charles Haughey received almost €86,000 last year.
Former minister Ray Burke also received around €44,500, despite being found to have received corrupt payments in the 1970s and 1980s.
