IIB predicts continued strong demand for housing
27/09/2005 - 13:08:11IIB Homeloans has predicted that the property market will remain buoyant over the coming years.
In a report published today, the mortgage company said demand for housing remained strong and showed few signs of easing.
It said immigration alone was expected to create demand for around 25,000 houses-a-year in the coming years, while maturing SSIAs could push that figure even higher.
