Rural postmasters 'may quit business after spate of raids'
23/09/2005 - 08:22:09The Irish Postmasters Union has reportedly warned that many of its members are considering leaving the business due a spate of recent raids in rural areas.
The union claimed many were considering quitting due to fears for their security and personal safety.
The warning follows raids on two post offices in the Claremorris and Ballyhaunis areas of Co Mayo earlier this week.
